Dyness has developed battery cabinet BF200 to work with Megarevo inverter to form large and flexible split type BESS to meet customers various needs in terms of power and capacity.
In C&I projects, for solutions above 100kW, customers typically choose either All-in-One (AIO) cabinets or containerized BESS. But both of them have limitations.
1. AIO cabinet
Cost is relatively high and parallel units is restricted in off-grid scenarios, that limit capacity expansion ability.
2. Containerized BESS
Lower cost than integrated cabinets, but face challenges in transportation and availability. If something is wrong, whole system will stop working.
Both solutions offer limited flexibility in capacity configuration. The kW/kWh is normally fixed to 0.5C. but projects may required different C rates due to complexity of project needs.
In light of above, Dyness has provided new solutions in this scenarios to address customers’ demands:
Inverter Outdoor Cabinet + Outdoor Battery Cabinet Solution
Dyness has developed battery cabinet BF200 to work with Megarevo inverter to form large and flexible split type BESS to meet customers various needs in terms of power and capacity.
The advantages are as below:
At inverter side,
Single inverter up to 500kW, and they can expand to 4 units, that is 2MW. By working with corresponding battery energy, it is ideal combined solutions for medium and large-scale industrial and commercial applications such as factories, office parks, commercial.
High compatibility with diesel generators. Some customers want diesel generator to charge battery, and many brands can't succeed in this demand stably because of technical challenge. But Megarevo can do this.
Inverter can connect PV panels directly. Customers don't need to install PV inverters and EMS separately. It is more integrated and save cost.
At battery side,
BF200 is an outdoor 215kWh air-conditioned battery cabinet.
It has advantages as under:
Capacity expansion.
BF200 is expandable to max 10 units, ranging from 215kWh to 2.15MWh battery system.
In many projects, customers many need different battery energy. So BF200 offer them a very wide energy range, giving them more options to save cost.
3-Level Fire Detection, explosion-proof ventilation design, combined aerosol and water-based fire suppression.
Modular design for user-friendly operation, easy installation, and maintenance.
It provide high availability as single unit breakdown will not affect other units'operation.
LFP battery cells, 8,000+ cycles, 5 years warranty, extendable to 10 years.
Long period warranty will reduce customers worries on project operation.
IP55 and C4 protection level. Suitable for harsh environments.
It can be installed outdoors, and C4 is high anti-corrosion level, resistant to salt corrosion. So BF200 has more flexibility in installation and operation environments.
Front maintenance. Easy for after-sales work.
It is front approach for maintenance. After-sales personnel just need to open the door to start his work. Unlike some products, he may need to open back panel or from bottom.
